New IMDB Profile for Naheed Choudhry and Naheedence Film and Photography

I decided to apply for an IMDB profile, now that I have written, shot and edited two professional documentary films. I also won prestigious film awards and wrote a screenplay. This is in the past two years. I was happy that the film festivals I received awards from were IMDB qualifying.

Your film has to be awarded from a festival that meets the following criteria, to get an IMDB profile:

• Be established for more than 5 years.


• Have an official website.


• Have a well-established jury or method of selecting winners. For example, anyone can start a website with voting mechanisms, and any would-be critic can select their favorite movies of the year and announce them on their own website or social media profile - these Events are not eligible.


• Have received regular international or national press coverage (wide or trade). For example, a nationally broadcast awards ceremony or a festival award winner announced in recognized trade or other media publications would be eligible for listing. An Event with only local news, social media, fan or blog coverage is not eligible for listing at this time.

If you told me a year ago I would have an IMDB profile and two awards with international submissions, I would have told you it wasn't likely. After working for the past couple of years on two documentaries though, I am proud of my accomplishments. Now I am just looking for a producer who believes in my ideas. One with the vision and passion to create dynamic films that inform and entertain. One that wants to create change and work with a mulit-talented female with huge aspirations!
