It's been too long since I wrote a blog post! I photographed a wedding on 10-17 and then went to El Salvador for just over a week. I am finally done playing catch up so am ready to start blogging away! Mariana and Chris were married at Marvimon House in Chinatown, Los Angeles, so we did the portrait session throughout downtown LA. We went to Chung King Road in Chinatown and then to the lovely Grand Park and got some amazing shots. I went to a KCRW summer night in Chinatown a couple months before their wedding and saw a bunch of people using confetti "poppers" and thought they would make for a great wedding photo. My assistant popped the rockets while I clicked away and the photo above was my favorite shot. You can view their gallery at: http://www.naheedence.com/
Here they are at Grand Park having a peaceful moment in the city. Below is a shot at Marvimon House. It was a wonderful venue and I really enjoyed shooting there because it is a huge, modern open space.
Mariana had a special "cake" waiting for Chris after the main cake cutting made out of different cheeses and surrounded by Star Wars characters!
Chris was very happy to eat the savory over the sweet, yummy!
